Once dispatched and you receive a Tracking Number, this may take up to 48 hours for the courier company to update the tracking information on the link. Rest assured that the item has been dispatched.

As much we would love for you to receive your items immediately, the above timelines are estimates, and there are instances where there are delays due to increased order volumes or courier delays. We will do everything we can to assist with speeding up your orders but once dispatched these elements are out of our control.
