Returns

In the unlikely instance you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we will do everything we can to help.

We do not offer free returns but please get in touch with us if you do have any issues.

We do not take responsibility of any items until they reach us, so in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us, please ensure they are packaged well.


We recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage, just to ensure that the items reach us.

Please head to our Returns Portal where you can submit your request for your refund.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Please follow the steps below for a quick and easy returns transaction.

  • Please use our Returns Portal to make a request for a Refund or Exchange. If there is any technical issues, then please get in touch with us via the 'Contact Us' page or e-mail directly at info@trono.co.uk before returning or exchanging any items. Would be great for some feedback too so we can improve going forward.
  • We will then provide you with our returns address for you to send your return back to.

Just a few things to note as part of our Returns Policy:

  • All customers must return items within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period any returns will not be accepted. You MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe.
  • Items must be unworn and in the same condition as purchased, with all tags and labels still attached and with the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and checked, we will first send you an e-mail to notify you we have successfully received the items and the funds will then be returned to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded if the items have been dispatched. Only in the instance if there is a product defect.

  • Refunds may take a while to appear in your statement so please contact your bank if you have any queries. If an issue still persists then please 'Contact Us' at info@trono.co.uk where we will look into the matter.

  • Items on sale or purchased using discount codes, unfortunately cannot be refunded directly but can be refunded in store credit.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange, we would recommend for you to return the original, and just re-purchase the correct item instead. We will then refund the original cost to you, as this process will be a lot faster.
